We accept both appointments and walk-ins. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to reduce wait times.
You can book an appointment by calling us at +1 (902) 334-8481, using our online booking system https://westbedfordclinic.com/, scanning the QR code, or visiting the clinic in person.
Our clinic now offers general family practice, chronic pain and sports medicine, addiction psychiatry, women’s health, walk-in clinic services, and virtual/telehealth consultations. To our patients: Nova Scotia Medical Services Insurance (MSI) covers only certain service provided by your doctor. The following is a list of services not covered by MSI that are directly billed to our patients. If you have any questions or concern regarding these costs, please discuss with your provider.
Fees are flexible if they cause financial hardship. Payments for non insured service is due when services are rendered.

Please bring a valid ID, your medical insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records.
Please notify us at least 24/48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid any cancellation fees.
We can handle minor urgent medical concerns. However, for life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Yes, we provide routine vaccinations for children and adults, including flu shots and travel vaccines.
Yes, prescription refills can be requested by calling the clinic. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Yes, if needed, our physicians can refer you to a specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

Once you arrive
- Look for the building with “West Bedford Medical Clinic” Billboard.
- Access the main door of the building.
- Either take elevator or stairs for 2nd floor
- When you head into 2nd floor – look for room number 201
- Confirm your details at the reception.
